Prayer

David and I pray with Noah every night.  I'll admit that often he doesn't want to do it; he would rather listen to us pray than say the prayer himself.  But, with diligence (and patience), I have finally gotten him to start saying the prayer each night.  Tonight's prayer was particularly sweet and I wanted to blog about it so I would remember it when he was older.

Noah's prayer: 

"Dear God, thank you for Grandma Marni, Grandma Barbara, Papa, Mommy and Daddy, cake, chocolate, and chocolate cake. In Jesus name, amen. Oh me forgot Ghe (a.k.a. Great grandma Ruth). Amen."
